Customer Care Representative UK:
- Responsible for dealing with all aspects of the customer ordering experience, dealing with enquiries both verbally and through email.
- Working with different ordering and communication channels, taking calls from customers, processing orders.
- Working on individual tasks to complete the teamâs daily workload.
- Liaising with other departments in the business.
- Working within defined procedures.
- Responsible for and contributing to meeting team KPIs.
Position Requirements
- Fluency in English language essential (additional European language an advantage).
- Some customer care experience would be preferable.
- Proven work experience in customer service.
- SAP experience preferable.
Personal Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent telephone manner.
