The main purpose of the role is to maximise cash flow and minimise bad/doubtful debts through cash collections.
Job Description
Main responsibilities of Credit Controller:
⢠Effectively manage individual account portfolio
⢠Maximise collections
⢠Maintain customer profile through account hierarchy
⢠Resolve account disputes to minimise aged debt debt and improve customer experience
⢠Forge and maintain both internal and external customer relationships
⢠Effectively manage and prioritise workload within appropriate timescales
⢠Identify and escalate potentially high risk accounts
⢠Achieve set agreed KPI targets
To be considered successful you will:
⢠Have previous work experience in B2B credit control
⢠Be putting customer in a centre of all your actions
⢠Have excellent written and verbal communications skills
⢠Be performance driven
⢠Enjoy working in fast paced environment
Be great to also have:
⢠Problem solving capabilities
⢠Solution oriented
⢠Proficient with MS Office
⢠Experience of Reseller and Carrier
