Have over five years industry experience, working in a similar fast-paced studio setting - where delivering best in class creative work is second nature. The Job As a Senior Designer, you will mainly be responsible for playing a hands-on role, delivering outstanding work to a number of key clients, accountable to the Lead Creative/Art Director. You will also lead by example, delegating to and influencing the more junior members of the team to further their development and constantly improve the collective creative output. Essential Skills 5+ years agency experience Experience with producing content for social and digital advertising Capable of producing excellent visuals, with high attention to detail Ability to confidently and concisely present ideas to internal and client audiences A good grasp of motion design principals and ability to see animations/films from conception, storyboarding through to animation Experience working within brand guidelines - yet still producing fresh creative each time Excellent communication skills and ability to work harmoniously with your team Inc. Project managers and Account handlers A dynamic and positive personality And understanding of how your work can achieve strategic goals for clients Conceptual thinker with the ability to brief and delegate to a design team Competence in industry standard software (Adobe Creative Suite – CC, Sketch) An infectious interest in all things creative and digital Desirable Skills Experience working on photography shoots and video productions An eye for photography and video production Ability to produce working rapid HTML prototypes to demonstrate interactions and movement

The Associate Art Director is responsible for ensuring that the things we make work beautifully. A strong background at a digital agency in a mid/senior design position. Experienced in both the fields of digital design and branding. Strong communication skills, comfortable pitching to executive level stakeholders. Experience collaborating with external design partners - Brand/Ad agencies. Creating tangible deliverables where required such as pitch documents, design principles and design guidelines. Peer review and critique projects throughout design and development for experience quality, usability, and business value Attend client meetings to present work and make recommendations Desirable...
